Pat Baer has been a dedicated Real Estate Agent since 2007. Her joy is finding the perfect home for her clients, making many friends along the way. She also loves working with clients who are looking for farms. Her outstanding attention to detail, and her tenacity for resolving issues are the hallmarks of her business. She is also an accomplished musician & songwriter, with 4 original music albums to date. The most recent 11-song CD, “Make the Best of It”, was released in May of 2015. She is trying to raise the consciousness of the world with her music. Some of her other passions are pottery, gardening, cooking, and enjoying her family.
