The diverse backgrounds of our agents allows them to serve our clients better. We have former architects, doctors, engineers, and more. These earlier careers allows our team to provide insights not typically available at other brokerages. From property evaluations to connecting the dots to making sure deals flow smoothly – our experienced team brings more to the table for every customer and client.

Joseph Penzone also makes a difference. The founder and broker for Penzone Realty traveled an interesting path into real estate. He’s been an architect, a building developer, and a real estate investor – so he’s experienced real estate from many perspectives. Wanting to do real estate better motivated him to start Penzone Realty. He knew it didn’t have to be complicated or stressful if you worked with smart, dedicated, and responsive people.

Every agent has come to Penzone by choice and because of Joe’s desire to deal honestly and personally with his clients. There’s no high pressure to meet quotas or to get deals done just to get them done.
