Jacqueline Harley

Jacqueline Harley is a graduate of the La Salle University, where she majored in Business. She grew up in the Wayne, Pa area and has spent her adult life in the Harrison Township area of South Jersey.
Before she began her career in real estate, Jacqueline was employed at Merck Pharmaceutical as a Senior Vice-President of Sales for the North Eastern Region. Here, Jacqueline acquired the negotiating and marketing skills to oversee several successful development projects, including three multi-million-dollar new construction projects and her own South Jersey estate home. This experience afforded her a keen understanding of the negotiation process, as well as the complexities often encountered towards the completion of a deal. Throughout her career she has gained extensive experience in marketing, business and sales.
Her passion for design and real estate comes from time with family, friends & the love for helping families enjoy their homes. Her expertise as a project manager and designer of new construction began in (1999). Since that time, she has designed properties across the tri-state area and North Carolina and has consistently been ranked as a top designer.
Known for approaching each interaction with acumen, integrity, professionalism, and confidence, she is a much sought-after business partner and leader.
In addition to her work, Jaqueline is the owner of the Waterline Auto Spa, itself, also a new construction she led. She is also very committed to supporting several city-based charitable institutions and universities, including Pink Ribbon Girls. She is successful in navigating it all without missing a beat. She owes this to her innate ability to multi-task, methodical approach, flawless memory, focused approach, and the importance she has placed on fostering long standing professional relationships.
Jaqueline enjoys working with a variety of clients from the financial, media, entertainment, church, and real estate worlds. She is enthusiastic, hardworking and discreet and is well-known as having a keen eye for design. She is committed to helping home buyers create beautiful homes that tell their story for years to come.
