Nicholas Raio

Nicholas “Nick” Raio is a current resident of Mantua Township/Gloucester County, NJ.
He attended Clearview Regional High School and is a graduate of Rowan College of South Jersey with a degree in Business Science. Nick has always had an interest in Real Estate and studied real estate all through high school and college. During his academic years Nick worked construction with his dad in his family business of flipping house , this hands on experience has aided in increasing his knowledge of the industry. Nick also has financial and customer service experience from previous jobs in the auto industry.
When not working, Nick enjoys the great outdoors, his hobbies to include: boating, hiking, swimming and surfing.
Nicholas is a full-time agent with a focus on investors in the Commercial and Residential market. Nick is dedicated to his profession and he is eager to share and expand his real estate knowledge.
